Exceptional customer service from Yadira!! She was so helpful and pleasant to work with. Tire was fixed quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to others for tire repair needs

One thing cannot be disputed and it’s that customer service will make or break customer experience and that makes all the difference in the world in addition to the services provided. I say that to say that every time I bring my car to this location, I’m greeted with nothing but good energy and professionalism (“Z”, the previous manager, and Vahagn, are two workers that stand out). Sometimes you visit businesses and the workers make you feel like you’re bothering them or that they hate their job and you’re making it worse. I NEVER feel like that here at Just Tires, Glendale. There’s a location closer to my house, but I drive the extra miles to come here for the customer service. I usually get oil changes and top offs with occasional headlamp service. Here’s a couple of highlights: -They always update me of the process especially if they’re extra busy -Certain workers go the extra mile -They speak in a friendly, professional tone -I always feel welcomed -They have tea/coffee -They do my service in a reasonable amount of time including when they’re busy

Been coming to this place few times. This time I come in, the minute I walk in the guy at the front chewing his gum with attitude gives me a death stare when I asked him for how long a service would take and he said "I don't know, everyone is on lunch", as if telling me to get the hell out because he was enjoying his free time doing nothing and getting paid. Finally when I asked how long after lunch my service could be taken care of he said an hour and attempted to overcharge for the same service, not knowing I have the receipt from prior visits for the same service. When I questioned him his attitude snowballed and got worse and his gum chewing got louder, got rude and said "let me call my manager" when no one asked for a manager simply stated previous visit price. Unfortunately I was still not serviced because of this guy, name tag i believe said "Robert". Attitude matters in service type positions you hold, and the overcharging was wild. Horrible customer service.

I had a flat tire on my Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport and unfortunately had to replace the tires. The team made the entire process very smooth, explained everything clearly, and checked the car thoroughly. I stood there and watched them work and have to admit they are true professionals. The staff and manager were very friendly. Special thanks to manager Zareh and the technician who worked on my car — I believe his name was Razmik. Thank you, guys!

I had an excellent experience at this tire shop. The team was incredibly friendly, quick, and efficient with their work. They were also very reliable and honest, never trying to upsell anything my car didn’t need. I really appreciated their straightforward approach and will definitely return for future services!
